Currently on a brief sabbatical, Angela has served as a Senior Maternal, Newborn and Adolescent Health Advisor at Save the Children at country, regional and global level. She provided technical assistance for the design, delivery and evaluation of reproductive, maternal, newborn and adolescent health (RMNAH) programs in Sub Saharan Africa and South and South East Asia. She also provided technical support to ministries of health in RMNAH policy and guideline development and rollout. Prior to joining Save the Children, Angela worked in a number of humanitarian health roles including clinical care, health program management, emergency response and evaluation roles in South Sudan, DRC, Chad and Liberia. Angela is a medical doctor and has worked in global public health for over 15 years.
