Heidi Jedlicka Halvarson (she/her) is a Philanthropy Program Manager for the Medtronic Foundation and a Master of Public Affairs Candidate at University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. She has designed and managed global product donation, disaster response, STEM, Community health, governance, D&I, and arts programs. She is passionate about the power for change when working at the intersection of disciplines, sectors, and cultures. An experienced philanthropy professional, she is focused on deepening her understanding of colonialism and white supremacy’s impact on global systems & philanthropic practices.
Heidi holds both Project Management and Equity and Diversity Certifications from University of Minnesota as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from College of St. Benedict. She serves on the University of Minnesota Senate as well as the STEM Funders Committee for the Minnesota Department of Education. She lives in Minneapolis, MN.
