In 2008, Nejla Liias founded Global Health Visions (GHV), a woman-owned and operated consulting organization that brings a wealth of expertise, innovative analysis, and targeted solutions to various organizations in the health and development sectors. GHV works to address today’s most pressing global challenges through advocacy, policy, and communications. Prior to starting GHV, Nejla was an independent consultant for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in its Global Health Policy and Advocacy division. Before her work in global health and development, she spent five years as a public finance professional at the Wall Street firms of Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan. Nejla serves on the Board of the Good Work Institute and is a strategic thought partner to Partners for Climate Action of the Hudson Valley. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science from Bates College.
