Suzanne

Suzanne Fournier is an epidemiologist and managing consultant in CEPA's Global Health practice. Suzanne has 15 years’ experience in global health, developing ambitious investments and partnerships with philanthropic and bilateral organisations. Suzanne previously worked at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) where she led portfolios in adolescent sexual and reproductive health, maternal and newborn health, and demographic transition. She has worked extensively in East and West Africa and India managing health programmes relating to inequity, access, and health systems strengthening. While at CIFF, Suzanne spearheaded the growth of a $100M portfolio in safe pregnancy and newborn care and support for the Every Newborn Action plan. She has also worked at Global Affairs Canada, leading Canada’s malaria programs and support to the Global Fund. Suzanne has been a Wise Head Panel member for the MacArthur 100&Change competition, and a Steering Committee member for the Ouagadougou Partnership’s Beyond2020 Strategy.
